Instead of using some other program to combine these pieces together, you can simply use the copy command in a batch file as follows:
copy /B ASP.NET_MVC.rar.001 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.002 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.003 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.004 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.005 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.006 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.007 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.008 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.009 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.010 /B + ASP.NET_MVC.rar.011 /B MVC.rar
This worked just fine for me.
